AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament as contained in paper writings marked "A" and "B" (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice and that Administration of all th« Estate which
by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to
Coutts and Company (in the Will

executor named in the said Will
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shewn that the grsts value of the said Estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee
and not beneficially) amounts to £10865.7.7 and that the net value of the personal estate amounts to £10659.9.11 And it is further certified that it appears by a Receipt signed by an Inland Revenue Officer on the said Affidavit that £642.7.6 on account of Estate Duty and Interest on such duty has been paid.

and I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary
Dispositions of my kind at any time heretofore made by me and I appoint Messrs. Goutts Bankers of 440 Strand and of 15, Lombard Street (hereinafter called my Executor) to be the Executors of this my Will.
I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my Cousin Herbert Waringrton Smyth free of duty the Diamond locket and 2 earrings in a case presented by the Enperor of Austria
to Admiral Smyth our grandfather and if not living then to the eldest heir of Herbert Warington Smyth of Calmansac, Falmouth
and I bequeath to my Sister-in-law Lady Olave Baden-Powell my securities in the Globe Telegraph and in the Canadian Pacific Railway free of duty and failing her to her son Arthur Peter, or his heir,
and I bequeath to my niece Mrs. Estrella Bellairs
if living the sum of £500 free of duty and I bequeath to my niece Mrs. Eileen Pope the sum of £500 free of duty (address 136, Caixa, Lisbon,) and I give to the Girl Guides Association at 17 5 Buckingbam Palace Road the sum of £500 free of duty "LewisInvestment Fund Trust"
and I bequeath to my niece Mrs. Maud Moore my marquise diamorld ring and the sum of £500 free
of duty (Foreign and Colonials")
and I bequeath to my niece Mrs. Heather King or her heir any silver or plate in my plate chest or canvas covered boxes and my investments in the "Telphone and General" free of duty,
and I bequeath to my grandniece Cynthia Moore the sum of £500 ("Foreign and Colonial") free of duty and my Diamond Star brooch,
and I bequeath to my nephew W. Harvey Moore any furniture and books not otherwise disposed of,
and I give to my niece Mrs. Maud Moore, or failing her to her heir the few remaining years of the lease of my house at No.9 Hyde Park Gate London, S.W.
now let to Mr. Gibson Jarvie
and I wish my executor to give mementoes to my relatives on the enclosed list if they care
