Letters from Olave to Agnes

It is sometimes thought that there might have been a touch of enmity between Agnes and her brother's wife Olave, but I think that both of them just accepted whatever came their way.

Two letters from Olave to Agnes have survived.  These were written on 10th December 1940, after Olave's husband, Agnes's only surviving brother Robert, had rallied from a near-death episode; and the other was written on the 13th March, 1941, some seven weeks after Robert's death.
