We gathered at Tom's for the final meet of the year having seen all four seasons in the hour preceding kick off. To start with it looked as if we would have to make do with an indoor day.  Ian W brought along his latest work in progress - Little Grimsby, based on the mid 1800's Boulton geared loco of the same name. The weather relented a bit and the opportunity was taken to christen Tom's new circuit. The honour of the 'first foot' went to Chris C's Cheddar Samson.


Amongst the locos to run was Ian W's Cegin, seen here preparing to depart with a parcels special chartered by the Claus organisation.

Andrew M brought along a couple of Mamods, although the conditions were not ideal for them.

Chris also brought along his almost complete kit-built Roundhouse Billy, seen here on the main circuit.

We all enjoyed the Festive catering, particularly the soup, which was most welcome on a chilly, damp and blustery day.  Thanks go to Moira for looking after us.
