Key Person Approach

When your child starts our Pre-school/ Nursery they will be monitored by an allocated key person. This adult will help your child progress through the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. They will carefully assess your child’s learning by regular observation and discussions with you, to help them achieve their next goal.The key person will also be your first point of contact if you have any problems, concerns or praise for the pre-school/nursery. Each key person is responsible for up to 6 children and they aim to build a strong relationship both with the child and their family.
