WildNess is run by a female instructor who can offer adventures in the great outdoors for women! The aims of these sessions are to provide a relaxed and pressure free environment, to allow you to have opportunities to learn new skills with like minded individuals. Everyone is capable of getting out there and achieving great things in the wilderness. I provide activities and experiences to show you that you can do anything you put your mind and body to!! With the right setting and leadership style anything is possible!
