Our Guarantee to you

Wicca Woman is based on good quality and fair prices.  If your item is in any way faulty, we will either refund the value of the item or replace it free of charge if you contact us to arrange return of the original item within five days of receipt.  Simply contact us for written authorisation to return. Items returned without written authorisation items will not be replaced or refunded.  This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Buying from WiccaWoman

We have kept buying from us as simple as we can.  We accept credit card payments which is safe and secure for peace of mind.  Also, If you are ordering from another country, other than the UK, place your order and paypal will convert any transaction amount into your own currency. You may make a purchase by post by sending your order to us [address on contact page] with a sterling cheque for the order amount plus postage, or order by email to wicca_woman@hotmail.co.uk , or by phone, during office hours and then send a cheque to us. Please allow at least 4 working days for a cheque to clear.

Unfortunately we cannot and do not operate credit accounts at the current time, thus, all orders are made on a firm order basis and must be prepaid before they are dispatched.

Delivery- U.K (Mainland)

All goods are dispatched the next working day after receipt of payment, Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. All orders should reach their destination within a few days however, please allow upto 5 days. If there is any delay with your order, you will be notified.

Delivery- Outside U.K

All goods are dispatched the next working day after receipt of payment, Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. All goods are trackable via Royal mail.

Orders dispatched to U.K (non-mainland) should reach their destination within 1-2 working days but please allow upto 3 working days

Orders dispatched to  Europe should reach their destination within 3-5 working days however please allow upto 7 working days

Orders dispatched to Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada should reach their destination within 5-7 working days but please allow upto 10 working days.

All goods are inclusive of VAT - what we say is what you will pay.
