The meeting opened with an update on confirmed guests and photos so far. We are still without some class photos from schools, we really do need these, as we have something special arranged for them

It was discussed and agreed that decorations, cameras, wine, soft drinks can now be purchased.

It was discussed that we would need doormen for the night. This will be confirmed at the next meeting.

Stuart, who is arranging the catering (will attend next meeting).

Catherine gave us advise on decorating the hall and how much to buy. (thank you)

Joan: to source decorations, cameras and speak to Eddie

Dolina: to arrange napkins, tablecloths

Lez: to speak to the coop and purchase wine and soft drinks, call Stuart, DJ

Kenny: to confirm details with the legion

Jane: to make up badges

Donna: will arrange a piper

Agreed that classmates must be urged to send in their booking forms and payment asap, so that arrangements can move.

Lots of people have offerd their services to help out, which is great thanks. We will need help on the week of the event to decorate the hall, transport items, set tables etc.

Also on the night itself we will need to clear the hall of tables and chairs, so that the dancing queens and kings can take to the floor.
