As you know, our Avon President’s Recognition Program Galas have been taking place across the country celebrating so many of your successes. Amelia Allen, 
President's Council Member, Unit Leader and Majestic Division Makeup Maven (pictured at right) has been with Avon for nine years and has over 700 Customers.

IMPORTANT: Tiny Tillia Commission Rate Change
Beginning in C17, all Tiny Tillia products will be offered at the standard Avon fixed commission rate (vs. a fixed 20% commission previously used). Please note that this commission rate change is effective in C/17 only. The rate change does not apply to any items in the C17 Avon In Advance—which is on the C10 Purchase Order—or to back orders from C15 or C16.
"Nail" Your Sales This Summer
Can you feel the heat? We do! The C14 Brochure, Avon has the hottest new 
appliqués with the debut of Nail Art Design Strips, one of the hottest new trends for nails on the market. Unit Leader and Avon West Regional Makeup Maven Rebecca Luedemann (pictured at right) knows that that good-looking nails are key to completing that overall look.
I can hardly wait to get the Nail Art Design Strips in the hands, or should I say “on” the hands, of my Customers! Nail art sometimes can be intimidating to those who have never attempted it themselves. These strips are a fun and easy way for nail art pros and nail art newbies alike to get professional looking design without the fuss. Selling nail color is as simple as wearing it. I challenge myself each week to give myself a new nail look so everyone I encounter that week gets to see what Avon has to offer. I also post my nail art on social media each week and have generated weekly interest, questions, and sales...Once you’ve got a Customer hooked on our beautiful colors, don’t forget to recommend a base coat, top coat, hand cream and our nail care tools.

Summer brings with it many exciting possibilities. Vacations, fun-in-the-sun, picnics…the list goes on and on. But those perks the warm weather brings can also be a distraction when it comes to your Avon business. That is why it is very important to realize that you can do everything you desire this summer while maintaining a laser-like focus on making the most out of your earnings opportunity.
One of the best ways to keep yourself earnings-focused is by using our Compare and Save document featured on yourAVON.com. It’s a great tool for all new Representatives out there, not to mention helpful for even the savviest of you. What does your Customer need? Deodorant? Body Wash? A new fragrance?
