HOW THE AUCTION WORKSPlease read the five points below to find out how it all works: 1. All bids are closed bids, which means that bidders can not see the value of other bids. 2. If you would like to place a bid on an item, click on any of the "PLACE A BID" link on this page or any of the Auction item pages and in the title of the e-mail put the title of the item you are bidding on (shown as bold, usually the name of the company who have supplied the item) and the amount you are bidding. In the text of the e-mail please supply your name and contact details. 3. Bidding for all items will cease on Sunday September 27th at Midnight unless indicated otherwise with the item description. 4.For any particular item the highest bid received by midnight on the day that bidding ceases will win the auction item. If there are multiple bids of the highest amount, the bidder to first offer the highest amount will win the bid. To prevent this happening bidders are encourage to offer an amount including a number of pence e.g. £30.54 5. If you are successful in winning a bid you will be notified by e-mail, you will have 14 days to make payment, and payment must be received before the Auction item will be released. In most cases auction items must be picked up from the Scottish Water offices at Henderson Drive, Inverness and ID must be shown at the time of collection. Auction items can be paid for through our Just Giving web page or by cash. Please read "terms & conditions" for further details. By bidding you have accepted and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. Thank you for looking, bidding & giving! PLACE A BID | ![]() ![]() |
