Based in West Yorkshire with satellite offices in Liverpool, Truro, Lewes and York we cover most of the North of England and the South West.. By arrangement we can offer our surveys and advice nationwide if required, but travelling costs and size of project would need to be negotiated.

We have over 45 years experience as chartered surveyors, flood consultants and risk managers. We are experienced building surveyors but we have extensive experience in flood risk modelling, hydrology, water engineering and building forensics. We have surveyed lterally thousands of properties and commercial premises for flood protection over the years and case studies are available on request.

All our work is covered by our £2million Professional Indemnity Insurance (and other insurances) and is undertaken to the exacting standards of the RICS.  Details available on request.
