Well that's different. A client (well a friend really) has asked me to help her set up paypal so people can pay her that way instead of in cash so I'll be talking her through that after lunch. We also took her prices off her website so she can charge people based on the job needed. This meant I had to log into her website, remove a page, change some text, remembering all those things which make it come up first in Google, and also changing her Facebook page banner so it loses the price.

Today I was asked why I provide marketing help for holistic therapists only. It’s not only holistic therapists. My day job is as a telemarketer for a few selected businesses. I am used to technology and marketing, it’s just I can see that there are a lot of holistic therapists who would rather spend their time doing their work, and either don’t have the knack or the desire to do all the “boring computer stuff”. Today for example I phoned a lady who has some amazing Angel artwork to ask her to supply the banner for a client of mine to use on the website, on newsletters and on an advert. I love my role as it’s so varied and I want to take this forward so it’s a full time role, so come on and help me out, and ask me today how I can help you!

Today I helped a therapist friend of mine who is developing a training manual for a course she's running. The word document had developed a funny panel down one side and they (my friend and her colleague who was working on it together) couldn't get rid of it. After a few minutes of investigation I realised it was something to do with tracking changes in word - I clicked a button and hey presto, back to perfect. Next - create the words for an advert for her...

I got a lovely bit of feedback from a client of mine today, it all started when she wanted help writing postcards to go up in shops locally to advertise two services for her. I sat with her to work on the content, created the layouts for her on Vistaprint and we got the order in, and she gave me this bit of feedback "I would like to say if anyone needs help with change and direction for the future this lovely lady will listen and push you forward. Thankyou again...feeling positive and ready for my new challenges ahead:-)"
