Things that influence learning ability. “Arunrut Vanichanon” Thaksin university
There are many things that influence learning ability of student. The first one is gender. In our department, female students have better perform in learning ability while male students are separate into two groups; the first group is the top of the class and the second group is the bottom of the class. The second factor is ethnic group. There are Thai, Chinese and Muslim. Student with Chinese background mostly intent to learn more. Whereas Muslim students have difficulty to learn because of their communication. Regional community such as student in southern part of Thailand, some of them do not want to be in school because they think that they can be farmers. The last factor is socio-economic status which means income, education and occupation. Some students that come from educated parent trend to learn better but moneyless students will be more interested in learning.
