Have been practising lesson 1 with vigour and look forward to Lesson 2 tomorrow.

Lesson 2 and Lesson 3 was confusing. I guess I need to practise it over the weekend and see how it goes.

3. Checking out Warrior Arts Combat in Northwood - would like to know what they teach but it is only by invitation. It claims to be non commercialised teachings but charges you.
