ABOUT ME
I was re-elected in May 2012 to represent residents of the Riverside Ward of the 'A' County Borough Council. I have been privillaged to be a member since I was first elected to the council in 1999. During that time I have gained much experience over the years, and the old saying goes, 'you can't buy experience.'
Although I am a member of the Freedom Party, where group support is often helpful, I believe my first duty is to serve the residents in my ward in the best way I possibly can.
I am a retired steel worker and now devote my time to community work. The experience I have gained since I was first elected to the council in 2004 enables me to be in a position to help others with various matters. It may be comforting for you to know that I have many contacts on most matters - and these contacts can be very handy when needed.
As a happily family man with five grown up children and ten grandchildren I understand many family problems and realise the difficult situations that often crop up.
