Side and Timer Gates
A full range of styles are available in standard and heavy frame:
- Closeboard gates
- Palisade gate
- Trellis Gate
- Tongue and Groove gates
Gates are normally available left or right handed and are diagonally braced accordingly.
The most common width for a side entrance gate is 900mm although gates can be constructed to any height requirement, the most common being 900mm,1200mm,1500mm and 1800mm.
Gates are usually hung to open inwards.
Field Gates
Field Gates are robust and have long life expectancy, they have an attractive traditional design and have low wind resistance.
Field Gates tend to be back hung, meaning that the gatepost ironmongery is fixed to the back post and the gate opens to the side.
Post tops are usually 2 or 4 way weathered or rounded to match the gate style
