We offer interim managment and consultancy soloutions for primary and social care commissioning resources.
All our interims and consultants have been experienced managers within the public sector from NHS and Local Authority backgrounds.
Mainly from commissoining/contract management/procurement and strategic planning environments, and therefore can provide you with a flexible resource for your organisation; whether this be a short peice of work such as trouble shooting on an under-performing contact, or helping you develop a strategic commissioning plan for your local population. We have the resources and expertise to deliver these.
We also offer a commissioning and contracting support programme for clinicians. This could of course be helpful to your organisation especially in the context of the the white paper and the transfer of commissioning budgets from the PCT's to CCG'S. and any system re-alignments required.
For example we can put someone into your organisation for a few weeks to help you with your systems/infomatics or for longer periods of time in various capacities including addditional contract mangement capacity.
You may need help with a specific procurement project or support with contract negoitations and/or someone just to come in and crunch data and pull together an activity report.
