Councillor Annette Wingrave talks about future planning in NPT
Cllr Annette Wingrave is the County Borough Councillor for the Cadoxton Ward and is a cabinet member of the Council involved with future planning in the community.
Cllr Wingrave, who incidentally says she owns three parrots, explains that the current Planning Consulation, which ends on 20th February 2019, lists buildings and structures that are considered to be of historical interest to the community in addtion to the 62 structures already doucumented as having Grade II status, most of which are shown on the video below:
Cllr Wingrave said that it was case of preserving our heritage. This is sopported by Heritage Scene- Neath, which was established after the Neath Empire was demolished in 2012.
