2) Send to us your e-mail or ordinary letter letting us know about yourself and your intention to participate in our project. Tell us in your mail how you want to participate in it. You can choose one, two or all the forms of participation, which are:

   a) mountain walker/climber,

   b) spiritual climber.

3) If you choose to walk or climb in the mountains, please include in your e-mail or letter your names and your address, so we can send to you the Teresa 500 Summits Project Ascent PacketAlternatively, you can download the packet's documents from the Library page

6) Be extremely careful when you walk and/or climb in the mountains. Follow the health and safety rules. Check the weather forecast and the location of the mountains you plan to walk using good maps and walking guides.

7) Make sure that you have sufficient insurance and proper mountain equipment.

8) After returning from the mountain trip, do not forget to tell us about it by sending to us an e-mail or letter with your name, the day of your mountain trips, the name(s) of mountain summit(s) that you achieved and a few photo pictures. If you receive any money as the charity funds supporting Teresa 500 Summits Project, please send it to us by cheque.
