Archie's first podium

On 15th April Archie got his first podium after finishing 4th in the Sittingbourne Speedway season opener, this was a great result as he was racing against good opposition on far superior bikes, the Iwade track is an odd shape and it took him a while to get to grips, but after a few laps Archie really started to increase his speed.

This was Archies first speedway meeting and his first since his accident so we are all really proud of his brave riding and it bodes well for the season ahead.

Archie with his Championship medal Oct 2017

2017 had an exciting start when archie got his own grasstrack bike and attended his first meeting in June finishing a very impressive fifth overall,

After continuing his impressive season Archie qualified for the British Youth championships held in October and raced against the top riders in the country and finished an impressive 10th overall, he has also been ranked 18th in the 2017 ACU national rankings, quite impressive in his first year of riding.

We are hoping with help and guidence throughout the closed season he will have a better and more tuned bike for 2018 to carry on his impressive start, after getting some superb backing from sponsors Archie will have newly designed kit for the start of the season.
