Job prospects for those with body tattoos
There are cases where someone with a visible tattoo has been turned down at a job interview. There may be several reasons for this, including the thought that the tattoo could appear offensive to a customer or client.
Much depends on the interviewer who may regard the tattooed person to be of low esteem or an attention seeker.
When it comes to glamour models or actresses, a tattoo greatly reduces the chances of stardom.
There are, of course, cases in the sporting world where a person's talent is of greater consideration than any body tattoo. David Beckham, the footballer, is a typical example where his footballing talent overrides his tattoos. The same thought could apply to an ugly person where his/her talent overrides looks.
The question arises as to why a person with a beautiful body wants a tattoo that in time they could regret?
With marriage you can get a divorce, but the same cannot be said for a tattoo.
