RULES

1. No Hitting, Kicking or hurting other people.

2.Treat everyone with respect.

In the same way you would like to be treated.

3. Do not make other people feel uncomfortable

No Bullying or Verbal Insults.

4. Treat all equipment with Care and Respect.

5. Everybody must be included.

Always offer help when you can to smaller, less able members.

6. Share All the equipment with all your club members.

7. Banned Activities.
Alcohol, cigarettes and drugs are banned from any TaMYG session. Parents will be informed of any child discovered drinking alcohol, smoking or taking drugs whilst attending the TaMYG, and requested to remove that child immediately.

 

8. Suspension.
An immediate suspension of one month will occur if a child is seen to be involved in any of the following:

a. Physical Violence.
b. Vandalism of property or building.
c. Verbal abuse, such as swearing etc, that if continued would be deemed to have a negative influence on other members of the TaMYG.
d. Continual disobedience and/or rudeness to any staff.
e. Being involved in any activity outlined in Rule 7.

9. Outside Grounds.
The TaMYG is not responsible for any child outside the Youth Club Building, unless outdoor activities have been arranged. Care will be taken by all volunteer staff to ensure that ALL children are properly supervised during each TaMYG session.

10. Help getting equipment Etc. out and putting them away.

11. The Hall premises must be kept tidy.

All  sweet wrappers, cans and other waste should be placed in the bins provided

 

12. No running in premises

 

13. Paid in attendees must stay in building during hours of youth club

 

14. Equipment given out through tuck shop hatch ONLY

 

15. Only TWO people maximum serving in tuck shop at any one time.

 

 

Note.

 

If main rules are continually ignored or broken there will be a ban on the use of mobile phones within the premises during the Youth Club meetings between 7 – 9 pm as agreed unanimously by all the kids on the setting up of these rules.
