Our Scout troop welcomes both boys & girls from the age of 10 years 6 months to 15 years of age
B-P Scouts are trained in scouting skills such as camping, open fire cooking, hiking,to name but a few.
Scouts are encouraged to take part in a range of activities to help them think independently and keep traditional scouting values & skills alive.

A Easter camp the 1st Reading Scouts did very well in the cooking competition 5th out of 7 and were the youngest by far see photos 3 & 4 above

Summer camp was at Butchers Coppice near Bournemouth with trips to Brownsea Island, Corfe Castle with 2 scouts finishing off and passing there 2nd class badge,
