THE SEWING BOX

From time to time I feel the need to make something on the sewing machine. No Fancy dress do's had presented them selves so I decided to make some waistcoats over the summer

1st waistcoat was a Dr Who inspire garment made from a duvet cover purchaced from Ebay.

2nd waistcoat I purchase some great Horror movie inspire fabric from a great little outlet called Fabritastic over in Orton Southgate, Peterborough.

I found the 1st waistcoat was a little snug so I adjusted the pattern for more room ( since the summer I have lost 1/2 a stone in weight and even the 1st waistcoat is now loose on me!! )

3rd Waistcoat I used a fabric covered with old style caravans again I purchased the fabric from Fabritastic
