TICKETS FOR STEAMY FIREFLY

BABZ THE STEAMPUNK FAERY AND GRUFFY THE GNOME ARE AWFULLY HAPPY TO WELCOME YOU TO THE ELEVENTH NORTH DEVON FIREFLY EVENT AT AND FOR CLOVELLY PARISH HALL, ON SATURDAY 8TH JULY 2023. FUNDRAISING IS FOR ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS, AND TO ENSURE THAT THE HALL REMAINS A WONDERFUL CENTRE FOR TERRIBLY EXCITING SOCIAL, CREATIVE AND SPORTING EVENTS FOR ALL.

FIREFLY EVENTS DEPEND ENTIRELY UPON TICKET AND FOOD SALES. THERE IS NO EXTRA EXTERNAL FUNDING, AND FIREFLY IS INDEPENDENT OF CLOVELLY PARISH HALL, WHICH SIMPLY PROVIDES US WITH THE VENUE, THAT IS COVERED BY INSURANCE. OUR SPONSORS PROVIDE SUCH THINGS AS DECORATIONS FOR THE HALL, PROMOTION, FOOD CONTRIBUTIONS AND PRIZES FOR BEST DRESSED STEAMIES, BUT MAKE NO FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. 

STALLS are now outside only to ensure that all stallholders are much more part of the event and visible to everyone. The price for a stall from 11am to 5pm without a table, but including entry to the Steamy Ball in the evening for one, is still just £15. We do hope that stallholders will take advantage of their free ball tickets for full enjoyment of the event. Spaces may be booked through our Paypal, northdevonfirefly@gmail.com - please supply your address so we can send your ticket in the post. Alternatively payment may be made to our bank account, North Devon Firefly, account number 22508360, sort code 77-10-04, in which case please tell us your address through our email, northdevonfirefly@gmail.com . Set up time is from 10am on Saturday.

The STEAMY FAYRE is from 11am to 5pm. Entry is £1 per adult in cash only at the gate (free for children under 16). The bar is open in the hall from 12 noon, and refreshments may be bought from the kitchen in cash only, with tables laid out for teas and cakes etc. Refreshments are free for entertainers, workshop hosts and helpers only.

The STEAMY BALL is from 6pm to 11pm with an evening of most extraordinary and magical entertainment. Tickets are still just £5 for adults and £2 for children under 16, and may be booked through our Paypal or bank account as for stalls above. A vegetarian meal is available at the Ball, £3 main/£2 dessert for adults, £1.50/£1 for children under 16 in cash only. The meal is free for entertainers, workshop hosts and helpers only.

Finally, there is insurance for 25 CAMPING SPACES AND 5 CAMPERVANNING SPACES per night only at the hall, so early booking is advised. Camping includes showers and loos in the hall, prices are £5 per tent per night or £7 per campervan per night, and spaces may be booked through our Paypal or bank account as for stalls. Camping/campervanning is free for entertainers, workshop hosts and helpers only.
