The funeral of Mr Douglas MacIntosh of Newtonmore will take place on Wednesday 18th at noon in St. Bride’s.
St. Bride’s church is holding a Burns Supper on Tuesday January 24th at 7.30 p.m. in Newtonmore Golf Club. Tickets, price £17.50 are available from Roy Alexander.
On Wednesday 1st, 8th and 15th February at 6.30pm at St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh there is a series of lectures on reforming the Kirk — the future of the Church of Scotland by Rev Dr Doug Gay (Lecturer in Practical Theology, Principal of Trinity College, University of Glasgow) This will be available to watch on line (a link will be provided later) more info
