The Explorers have made a large Christmas card which church people can use to wish each other a happy Christmas. It is on the table in the coffee corner.
The prayer group meets on Monday at 12.30 p.m. in the vestry.
The funeral of Mrs Ella Walker will take place on Tuesday at noon in St. Bride’s. Thereafter on Wednesday at Perth crematorium.
The school Christmas service will be held in the church on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
The Watchnight service will be on Christmas Eve from 11 p.m., beginning with carol singing.
On Christmas morning there is a family service at 10.30 a.m.
Next Sunday morning we will have a service of lessons and carols. In the afternoon Messy Church invites everyone to a Christmas extravaganza from 4 p.m.
There is a collection of goods for the Syrian refugees being taken from various places in Badenoch. The nearest collection point is the Newtonmore Grill. They are looking especially for tents, tarpaulins, sleeping bags, blankets, footwear of all sizes, and warm clothes, but camping cooking gear, hygiene items and almost anything else you can imagine needing in temporary situations would also be appreciated.
