A reminder to Laggan and Newtonmore elders that there will be a short session meeting in Laggan church, at 9.15 am, followed by the Ordination service for George Elder.

In connection with this , the following edict will be read out:

Edict for the Ordination and Admission of Elders

George Alder, member of this congregation has been elected to be a Ruling Elder and has accepted this office of Elder.

If anyone has any objections as why he should not be ordained, please state their objection at the meeting of the Kirk Session in Laggan Church Vestry on Sunday 6th February at 9.15am. If no relevant objection regarding life or doctrine is made and substantiated, the Kirk session will proceed to the ordination and admission of George Elder.
