Washing... We wash all our clients rugs with suitable,branded horse rug cleaner, we have never had a rug rip in our washing machines, however accidents do happen, if this happened to your rug, it is our responsability to repair this free of charge.

Waterproofing...We use the market leader, Nikwax to re-proof our turnouts, it is used in the wash, & sprayed onto the rug when it's dry for extra repelancy. Please note...rain sheets/lightweight turnouts are ONLY showerproof, not designed for heavy rain, in heavy prolonged rain your lightweight may leak, this is not the reponsability of Speedy Rug Cleaning. Turnout rugs that are sundied, often have burst fibres, making it harder to maintain waterproofing, with such rugs we add more waterproofing, but cannout be held responsible if burst fibre rugs leak. Also rugs with old patches/repairs have a good chance of leaking too, again...we will heavily waterproof such areas.

Repairs...We are very good at our repairs, there isn't a rug we cannot fix! We use bonded nylon thread which is very tough! If we have done a repair and it has came loose, we will fix it free of charge. We will only repair a  rug when we have been instructed to, we will not repair other damage if we have not been asked to do so.

Abandoned rugs...Rugs that have been with us for a period of 3 months or over without the client collecting them, will be sold on. We are a big company and cannot hold rugs for long periods of time. Only in very special circumstances will we hold rugs for a longer time, agreed by ourselves and our client.
