Care Inspectorate Questionnaires

Some of you will have a questionnaire from the Care Inspectorate in your child's tray, please check and complete this as soon as possible and return it in the pre-paid envelope provided. The Care Inspectorate use this information as part of their inspection process, so it is of vital importance that they are returned to them.

If you do not want to complete the questionnaire, please return it to us, so we can issue it to someone else.
