Children's Medicine.

If your child requires medication including inhalers and cream that may need to be administered during their nursery session. You MUST give this to a staff member to ensure it is stored safely as it must be left on the premises should your child need it. You will need to fill in a medical form. If you have previously filled in a form, please hand in your child's inhaler/medicine in its original box to a member of staff and it will be stored in a locked cupboard.
Pleas ensure you have given us any medicines your child MAY need whist at nursery.
