From August 2014 nursery hours will be extended form 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours 10 mins each session.
Children will also be able to access their pre-school provision from the first Monday after there third birthday. This will mean children born after August may gain a longer period at nursery as they will no longer require to wait until the next term following their birthday, they will have access to their provision from when they turn 3.
