The tooth Fairies will be in the Nursery next Monday to carry out Varnishing for the children.

You will receive a letter today, please read it carefully and comment any changes, and where applicable return the form by Thursday. 

If you do not notify dental staff of any changes to your child's health or circumstances, the dental ladies will go on prior information.

It is up to parents to inform them of any changes.
