Well, I'm sure many of you will have seen the article in today's Oban Times.

I would like to clarify 2 points.

Firstly, Mr McGregor's statement that the nursery had zero expenditure in 2011 is incorrect. he has clearly taken his information from the OSCR site and has not clarified the accuracy of this information.
I will upload the signed Audited accounts for year ending 2011 for you all to clearly see the expenditure and income from year ending 2011.

How it is expected that any organisation could operate with absolutely zero expenditure is inconceivable. How could we provide materials for the children, snack, office supplies, outings and this is not even including how we covered staff wages- clearly this is a misguided statement.

If at anytime anyone would like to view the accounts they are welcome to do so and each year the accounts are available at the AGM.

Secondly:
I would like to re-iterate at NO POINT IS THE NURSERY CLOSING. the nursery will NOT close, please be assured that this will not happen.
