Lee Started Judo Training in 1968 at a Dojo in Farnham in Surrey, he then moved on to Wado-Ryu Karate with Sensei Barry Wilkinson, and trained with Sensei Tatsuo Suzuki, and even had the honor to train with Grand Master Hinori Otsuka founder of Wado Ryu. After gaining his 1^st Kyu, Lee changed styles and started studying Uechi – Ryu Karate under Sensei Nigel Coole (who had been taught by Master Kanei Uechi himself), when Nigel moved out of the UK, Lee then became a student of Sensei Terry Daly in London. Other club members included Wayne Otto O.B.E. (who went on to become World Karate Champion many times over and now manages the England team taking over from Ticky Donovan.) Lee has also trained with Sensei Dave Scott, Sensei Paul Natzyl, and Sensei Mick Pappas. Lee achieved his 4^th Dan (ratified by the Okinawa Karate Association) in the early 1990’s.
