Rosehaugh staffThis photo is of some of the staff at Rosehaugh Estate, Avoch, Inverness, Scotland probably around 1920. My husband's great grandfather (Donald McLeman)was a gardener and is 5th from the right in the 2nd row. William Shobbrook (born 1858) is recorded as having been on the staff as a coachman, certainly up until the end of the Great War. I wonder if he is on this photo? Maybe someone out there knows? | |
