Dornoch based company saladworx is reaching a wider market with its multi award-winning produce, “DRESS ME UP!”® fine salad and a new range of premium Highland hand-made dressings, thanks to the superb amount of interest generated at their first ever show, the Food and Drink Expo in March, and the opening of a brand new purpose built packing and production facility on the farm in May 2012. It has been worth the wait. We wanted to have full control over the manufacture of our dressings on site and the growing and packing of our salad.
