Saladworx dressings and marinades are an exciting blend of Scottish rape seed and citrus oils that are exciting to the palette. They are great to have to hand as they are so versatile as you can be sure of raising whatever dish you add them to. I particularly like the Hebridean Seaweed & Lime and have used it in my baking as it transforms bread dough into something special – see recipe. Great for macerating fish, meats, or seafood. Saladworx have justifiably won awards for their inspired recipe blending and are a great example of assembling fine ingredients without any additives. In brief, exciting flavours that are also good for you.
