Unlike Counselling, Life Coaching focuses on the present & the future. Together, at your pace we will overcome obstacles; find out what is holding you back and help you to begin to achieve your desires now. It is so vital to begin as many find their goals changing along the way as a result of their experiences and efforts to achieve their ultimate happiness and satisfaction.
My particular specialism is supporting people to make time for themselves within their busy lives. So often we don't have the luxury of a complete make-over or transition, due to commitments ( many are helping other people to fulfil their aspirations with no time left for their own!),but life goes on slipping by!!!

I have much experience in health matters and spiritual matters including Reiki.
