The Blog
Spanglefish

I really should mention
Spanglefish at this point.
I'm not associated with them (other than I used their product to build this site) in any way.
I am not a techie nor a nerd (despite persistent rumours), so I would never have had the energy to build this site from scratch. Spanglefish provide (free of charge, if you don't mind some advertising), a web address, and a site like this complete with pre-built Home Page, Blog, News Page, Gallery Page, Document Library and a number of pages I don't use but you might like to: Calendar, Availability pages. You can build an online shop and use PayPal to manage payments and, if you care to delve into coding a little bit you can redefine the colours and style of your pages.
Once you've got your site, the tools for modifying, adding, removing, hiding, designing pages are all available and very simple and intuitive to use, BUT
...if you do have problems (and here's the best part) the customer service is second to none. As well as an online
forum , any email queries to Spanglefish are often replied to within minutes, certainly within a day - and it's an actual person you contact, not some anonymous 'customer_service@blahblahblah.com'
If you'd like a web presence for yourself, your family, your community, your social club, your business....I really couldn't recommend Spanglefish highly enough - go to
www.spanglefish.com.
I'm actually writing this because I believe what I say and this is purely altruistic - but I could get some money off (you can pay to get ads removed and make the site look more business like) future subscriptions, so please mention www.rogettes.com if you decide to become a Spanglefish-ee.
