What a joy

I was given two collectable 80's 12" singles to encode to MP3.

The first was a Talk Talk 12" single, including the impossible to find "Why Is It So Hard?" rare U.S. extended edition. Never having been a Talk Talk fan, particularly, this is a good lively pumping track and, as is usual with 12" singles, very high quality (is it the larger size disc and grooves that does this?).
It went to MP3 perfectly first time and I was amazed at the quality of the recording as well as the quality of the record itself.

Second was one of my favourite bands, Crowded House and the 12" extended version of 'Don't Dream It's Over" - a lovely version. It caught me out at the end when I thought it had finished, but it actually has a short section of what sounds like fingers rubbing wine glasses at the very end.I produced two versions of each - the direct MP3 encoding, and a bass boosted version of each.

Hopefully I'll get some good feedback from the customer
