Well the Allan pulled out the stops for the start of the new year. Storms hit the country and affected celebrations at Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. The rain meant that the level rose overnight to a high 2.1 but had fallen mid morning back to a still reasonable medium 1.6 level. I hope you manage to get out and paddle this holiday.
