Workmen have called at the address of a 93 year old in Port Talbot selling damp proofing; they have had the occupier to sign for the work, despite the person not really wanting the work done.

The documentation left at the house is believed to be false and the incident is currently being investigated as a ‘bogus trader’.

Should anyone have received a visit from workmen offering such work, please let he Police know on their 101 number.
