Terms & Conditions

• All machines supplied by Retail Vending are owned by Retail Vending at all times.
• The term machine in this section refers to equipment on loan by Retail Vending which may be refered as the company.
• All machines that are displayed outside premises must be secured by chain and lock at all times.
• All machines must be brought indoors to a secure and dry location when the business is closed or unattended.
• All machines can not be loaned, rented, sold, located at any other premises other than the pemises agreed with Retail Vending.
• Machines cannot be repainted or altered  or repaired in anyway.
• Any damage to the machines must be reported to the company as soon as reasonably possible.
• If you sell or close the business the title of the machines remains with Retail Vending at all times and cannot be passed on. The company must be informed of any change in ownership of the site where the machines are loacated.
• All machines must be kept in a clean and presentable condition.
• Care must be taken when moving or re-locating the machines.
• Libabitlty isnurance should be taken out to cover all equipment on your site. As well as insurance to cover theft of machines.
• Damaged caused to equipment by neglegence by yourselves will be chargeable and money collected from yourselves.
• 2 Weeks min notice is required when machine are required to be move from premises.
