Negotiate and Overseeing of Tenancy Agreements
Once a client has decided on a property, we will negotiate the terms of the tenancy. The aim is to ensure clients pay the best price possible and that the property offers all that is required in terms of furniture, standard of refurbishment and fittings. Furnishing

Inventory listing
We prepare an inventory documenting the condition of a property at the beginning and end of an Assignee’s lease. We accompany the Assignee’s inspection of a property, with the landlord or real estate professional.
This ensures that the inventory is a true reflection of the condition of the property and that all parties agree and sign the inspection check list, thus removing the risk of disputes on damages and safe return of deposits.
