Whether you own a second residence, a holiday home that you visit from time to time, or you reside permanently in the Creuse, we are sure we can assist you with looking after your home.

You can be reassured to know that you can rely on someone locally to look after your home on your behalf whenever necessary.  We can be your local representative and deal with local artisans and suppliers.  As we both speak French and English and we are on the spot we can take any necessary action without delay.  We can also advise you on reliable local suppliers and liaise with artisans. 

Looking after your holiday home and garden can take up precious time and we want you to enjoy your stay without sacrificing that time and effort with maintenance and management. 

KEYHOLDING Should you need to leave your property unattended for any length of time, short or long term, we can provide a key holding service, whereby we have the keys in order to enter your property to keep an eye on things and we can carry out regular security checks on your property and keep you informed.

WINTERCARE This is essentail for your holiday property as the weather can be quite severe.  We keep a check both inside and out, looking after such details as water supply and pipes and turning on heating if necessary.

HOUSEKEEPING  We can ensure that before you arrive at your holiday property that the house is cleaned and aired, the beds made, towels set out and the fridge plugged in and hot water on.  We can even get in the groceries if required to make sure you have the essentails in place for your arrival.  When you leave, the house can be cleaned again, any laundry done and put away and the house closed up while you are absent.

HOLIDAY LETS  If you let your property to others we can be the point of contact for guests, supervising changeovers, welcoming guests and seeing them off at the end of their stay.  A personal touch, allowing them to be shown round the property, where things are, how things work and any queries dealt with.  As we have a knowledge of the area we can help your quests settle in quickly and effortlessly.
