Individual or Personal Budgets are about personalising care and support. This is done by:

Self Directed Support, where you decide and choose what support you need, and

Support Planning, which sets out how this is going to be done.

We use a number of person centred tools to help you think about what you want and need to live a good life using your Direct Payments, Personal or Individual Budgets.

You choose how much or how little you want us to help you.
