Carnegie Hall is managed by the trustees of  Tarbat Community Hall Group and a voluntary management committee. Charged at £22.00 per session £66.00 per day (morning, afternoon and evening sessions)

Overnight occupancy charged at £55.00 per night

SETTING UP AND CLEARING UP.

If additional sessions are required for setting up or clearing up a nominal charge of £11.00 per session will apply.

If it is required to cancel a previous booked event the charge will be £22.00

A SESSION IS A MORNING AFTERNOON OR EVENING BOOKING OF APPROXIMATELY TWO AND HALF HOURS.

WEDDING BOOKING

Preparation time:

The normal session charge of £22.00 will be reduced to £11.00 unless there is a prior booking and then the loss of revenue for this booking will be added to the session charge.

These charges apply only when there is a licensed event booked for the wedding and the Hall Committee run the bar.

Napkins £0.60

The committee reserve the right to adapt and alter any of these charges where necessary, and are happy to advise on layouts, numbers, caterers etc.
