My dog is severely matted and he does not like being brushed can you sort him out?
Of course, just call me to arrange a suitable appointment, it may take a little longer to get the matts out and if your dog is very anxious about it we may have to clip them out which in the long run is kinder for the dog and it also gives you the chance to start again with a 100% matt free coat. I can also show you which tools you need to keep your dog matt free in future or if you prefer just have him professionally groomed more often.
I have a smooth Jack Russell Terrier who is mostly white (well actually more like brown as he is dirty) and he really smells, I do not want him clipped do you groom these dogs?
Yes we will groom most breeds of dogs and for the JRT like this we would normally clip their nails, brush their coats, clean their ears, wash and dry them and depending on the time of year we can also use a special treatment to reduce the shedding. I promise they will be returned to you smelling wonderful and look white again.
Do you come to the house for dog grooming?
Yes we have a fully kitted out mobile salon which we bring to you, all we need is to connect to your electricity supply, so long as it is no more than about 10 metres away we will have enough cable to stretch. We need to park on level ground too.
What is your cancellation policy for dog grooming bookings?
Our cancellation policy is if you cancel 8 days or more before your appointment no cancellation fee will apply, any cancellation within 7 days of your appointment time will be charged at full cost.
Do you accept credit card payments when you do home visits?
We accept cash or cheque for home visits but if you prefer to pay by card you can pay in advance to our paypal account which will incur a 4% additional fee or you can pay by direct into our bank account in adcance of your appointment.
