18v foreign acorns

A set of 16 wired in series with cloth covered wiring.  The manufacturer is unknown but the bulbs are marked "18v FOREIGN".  I do not have an original box for these or any other information.  Bulb colours that I know of include white/white, white/yellow, white/orange, white/red, white/green and white/blue.
