Hi Folks,

As most of you will know, we are extremely short staffed at the moment and as a result the ferry service is being restricted. 

This restriction is obviously making life difficult for some customers and our staff appear to be getting all of the negative reaction to this. I thank the majority of our customers for being understanding during this time as I know it is very frustrating. There is a small minority of customers who believe that to be aggressive and threatening to my staff is the answer to their frustrations. THREATENING and AGGRESSIVE behaviour will not be tolerated and the person(s) responsible may be asked to leave the marina. In addition, it is an offence to use Abusive and Threatening behaviour and the circumstances may be reported to the Police. 

We have been advertising for staff since April this year and have failed to attract successful applicants. I am doing what I can to remedy the situation but with the business up for sale it is difficult to recruit staff in these uncertain times.
